LGSA sponsors the Preston and Steve Camp Out for Hunger Food Drive All donations benefit Philabundance - and sent to over 600 Delaware Valley agencies that operate Food Cupboards that help the needy. Food drives are essential because they help provide critically needed nonperishable food to people at risk of hunger and malnutrition. Acceptable and most needed non-perishable food items include: Current priority items: Canned / Shelf Stable Tuna, Canned Beef Stew, Canned Chili, Canned Pasta, Beef Ravioli, 100% Fruit or Vegetable Juice (Cans or Plastic Bottles Only), Creamy Peanut Butter (Plastic Containers Only), Jelly (Plastic Containers Only) Other recommended items: Macaroni & Cheese, Canned Pork & Beans/Baked Beans, Canned Green Beans, Canned Corn, Breakfast Cereal or Hot Cereal, Canned Fruit Cocktail, Boxed Sugar Please Donate by Friday, November 28th!
